Top 4 Reasons Why Not Create a Blog Site

<
Author: Joliber Mapiles | Files under Blogging Tips

Blog sites are very popular nowadays. Different goals, different perspectives but all boil down to one big truth: express ones ideas.

I’ve started blogging since late of 2002 as a sort of personal diary. I wrote in xanga and even in friendster. My reason? Just to send message to my friends, to express ones feeling.

Now, here I am, who has started another blog a little over three months ago.

For those few years of experiences, I’ve realized that a blog can be compared to a product, the blogger to the salesman. If the salesman fails to win customers, certainly he feels very upset and so as the blogger if he fails to satisfy the readers.

If you ask me, yes it’s very frustrating for a blogger to have no readers or few readers for that matter. You feel like a frustrated chef who feels sorry for himself because no one want his recipes. Yes, that’s what exactly I felt.

This is the reason why I researched, I observed, I asked.

Consequently, I came up with Top 4 Reasons Why Not Create a Blog Site :

1) No time to update – What’s the point in creating a blog site without the ability to update readers. People in the internet do not want dead blogs. If you don’t want a boring, monotonous, one-tone TV shows, and so are the blog readers. Update regularly and you will surely gain readers!

2) No passion to read other’s blogs - Link building is very important for bloggers and the best way to achieve that is to visit other’s sites. That gives them positive impression that would eventually result to back links. It’s also a sign of interest in them and in thei blog contents. Who knows, they will be your potential customers in your future online business, right?

3) Blog intended for fast cash – There is no such thing as fast cash, unless you rob a bank or held up a millionaire. But if you try analyze it, the latter examples, still are not that easy to do to get money. Are they? Yes, all bloggers certainly want to earn online (Tell me who don’t). But remember this rule, work first to get cash!4) Proclaim yourself as expert prematurely – If you want to be known in the internet world, prove yourself first. Show yours readers what you can do in a very unpretentious manner. People in the internet don’t want self-proclaimed experts. But don’t get me wrong. What I mean is that, show and share first your capabilities then certainly you’ll get what you want!

I hope you learned from this post. I hope new bloggers will at least avoid these things. I care for you. I know how disappointing it is to have a blog site that is dead and colorless.

Good Luck to blogging.

[…]  Yeah, it seems like things look totally different. Sigh, sorry guys for making you wait. I know, not updating one’s blog is a mortal sin (at least thrice twice a week) . I’ve been out for 7 days but I’ll make up. […]
