UPDATE: Manny Pacquiao retains his WBO welterweight title in a completely one sided fight against Joshua Clottey. The scores are 120-108, 119-109 and 119-109 all in favor of Pacquiao. Pacman did his best to make the fight as exciting as possible but it seemed that Clottey’s game plan was just to survive the match without getting down. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao is certainly back on business as he fights with Joshua Clottey on March 13 at the Cowboys Stadium, in Arlington, Texas, USA. The winner of the Pacquiao-Clottey fight will take on the WBO World welterweight championship.

Late last year, news spread out talking about the possible Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr. mega bout. But negotiations went nowhere as the Mayweather camp requested a random drug testing few days before the scheduled encounter.

“That fight has to happen,” Oscar De la Hoya said of the proposed bout, which didn’t realized late last year because a drug-testing procedure dispute problem. “It’s too big not to happen. We just have to cross one hurdle.”
