Mayon Volcano Eruption Latest Updates

  • Governor Salceda ALbay has ordered the immediate evacuation of approximately 50K residents (more or less 10K families) from 45 villages around Mayon Volcano on Tuesday morning.
  • Alex Baloloy, science research analyst said that “A major eruption of Mayon might occur within the period of two weeks if ever the abnormalities would continue and further intensify”.
