Updates: Bronchos won over Chargers, 34-23..

Eddie Royal has marked another milestone for NFL in general and for Bronchos in particular after returning a kickoff and a punt for touchdowns in the same game. He led Denver to a victory 34-23 over the San Diego Chargers on Monday night football.

This game marks Royal as the 11th player in NFL history and first for Bronchos to return a kickoff and a punt for a touchdown in a game.

“Man, it was a great feeling. The guys did a great job of blocking. I’ve got to give them a lot of credit. They opened up the seams and it was a home run.”, Royal said.

With this victory, the Denver remains to be unbeaten with a record of 6-0.

The Monday Night Football on October 19, 2009 will feature Denver Broncos vs San Diego Chargers. The Brochos will try to protect their clean record of 5-0, while the chargers will push themselve to improve their current standing of 2-2.
