In game 1, the Phillies came up with an in impressive victory at 6-1, to get an early advantage in World Series. Cliff Lee shut down the powerful Yankees lineup in a complete game while Chase Utley hit two home runs against the nearly unbeatable Sabathia, who has struggled early on.
