World’s best pound for pound boxer Manny Pacquiao will go up against welterweight champion Miguel Cotto on November 14, 2009. Considered as two of the most popular boxers today, Pacquiao and Cotto will tangle at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
This fight, which will be live through HBO Pay-Per-View (PPV) is promoted by Top Rank promoter Bob Arum. “”Pacquiao and Cotto are both very pumped up for the fight,” Arum said.
Pacquiao who holds a record of 49-3-2, 37 KOs is expected to get the lion share for earnings against Cotto, who has a record of 34-1, 27 KOs. “I’m really excited because it’s a real fight. These are two real warriors,” uttered Arum.
